Distribution TR. Which produced in our company are designed and industrialized in accordance with the international standardization
(IEC-76) the right of the purchased technical know -how from Mitsubishi corporation Co. (Japanese Company) .
These accumulated facilities are suitable to provide complete satisfaction to customers power distribution and other industrial utilities, the design capacity of the factory is 3400 MVA per year.
The kinds of distribution TR. prod uced in the factory:
a. Type low transformers with transmission ratio of ( 11/0.4) KV with various capacities from
( 100 ~1000) KVA , connection groups DYN11 operating by normal cooling (ONAN ) .
b. Type low transformers with transition ratio of ( 33/0.4 )KV in the various capacities ( 100~1000 ) KVA group of connection DYN11 operating by normal cooling (ONAN).As well as, distribution TR factory produces various kinds of welding machines with following specifications.
1.Welding machine with alternative current, type 160 single phase .
Capacity: 7.24 KVA
Voltage: 220 V
Current: 80-90-120-160A
2- Welding Machine with a alternative Current type: 300, 3 phase
Capacity: 12.5 KVA
Voltage: 380V-2- line
Current: 150-160-230-260-300
Frequency: 50 Hz
Power Transformers are industrialized according to the international standardization [IEC-76] in the right purchased technical know-how from Mitsubishi Corporation Company (Japanese Company) and are produced to adequate with all industrial utilities.
Design Capacity of the Factory is 3000MVA per year.
This Factory produces two kinds of power transformers:
1. Power transformers of Normal Cooling [ONAN] in group of connections DYN11 with transmission ratio of ( 33KV/11.5KV) with various capacities(5,10,16,31.5)MVA.
2. Power transformers the enforced normal cooling type [ONAF] in various of connections with transmission ration of(132/33/11.5)KV and capacity 63 MVA
Optical fiber cable which is produced and designed in our company in accordnce with the international standardization (ITUT-G-652,654)
Optical fiber cable are used in the fields of communications and in some other industrial utilities .
The factory produces two kinds of Optical Fiber cable , depend on the number of the Optical Fibers :
1.Optical fiber cable with 12 fibers
2.Optical fiber cable with 24 fibers
with Design Capacity 50000KM /Fiber
The factory produces Gases of oxygen &argon as following:
a- Oxygen gas
in accordance with the Japanese standardization {JISK 1101}the right of the purchased technical know-how from (howe-baker engineers INC.) American Co. Purity percent 99.5 % ,Designe capacity (144000) m3 per year .
b- Argon gas
is produced in accordance with the Japanese standardization (JISK 1105) and quivalent Iraqi standerdazition (3668) the right of the purchased technical know -how from (howe-baker engineers INC.)( American Co.) ,purity percent 99.999 % ,Design capacity (191200 )m3 per year .
The company provide the private and public sectors , like hospitals with Oxygen gas according to their needs .
Ceiling Fan Factory produces Fans in according with the international standardization [IEC-385],[IEC-342-1].
The right of the purchased technical know-how from
" Indola Co." German company.

Spark Plug are industrialized in accordance with the
international standardization (ISO 2344)&(IS0 1919)the right of the purchased technical know -how from Magniti Marilli
(Italian Company ) which are suitable for various vehicles .

2- NP -short thread
